The DCE Hon. Kudjo Attah paid a courtesy visit to the District Education Director Joohn Yao Agbeko Adzah. This visit was towards the preparation of the ‘My First day at School’ initiative by the Ghana Education Service.

The District Director of Education stated that this initiative is an annual event that welcomes Kindergarten learner to school and Basic One Learners into main stream education. He added that this initiative is very importance to learners since it is a way to motivate them to stay in school. Mr. Adzah also discussed the needed for the event and the necessary preparation required.

The District Chief Executive expressed his excitement and commitment towards making the success of the launch of the initiative.
