The Electoral Commission of Ghana organized the 2023 district level election across the country to elect assembly and unit committee members on 19^th December, 2023. This exercise was also carried out in the North Dayi District successfully. Assembly and unit committee members were elected in all electoral areas across the district.

On 12^th February, 2024 all assembly members who succeeded in the election and Government Appointees were inaugurated. The DCE Hon. Kudjo Attah in his remarks congratulated them on their election to office. He urged the retained assembly members to share their experience with the new members. He also encouraged members to be mindful of their roles and responsibilities and work diligently towards the development of the District.

Hon. Gifty Naa Ayeley Mensah in her inaugural address congratulated the Hon. Assembly Memebers for their success in the District level Education. She urged Hon. Members to assist the DCE to implement government flagship programs in the District to promote development. She wished them a successful tenure and declared the 4^th Assembly inaugurated.
