Monitoring/Visit to LEAP Beneficiaries
Monitoring of leap beneficiaries was carried out in five (5) communities namely Wusuta Sakakyere, Wusuta Kpebe, Awate Agame, Awate Dzifadzi, and Awate Tornu in collaboration with officers from Leap Management Secretariat (LMS) on 27th January 2023. The purpose of the monitoring was to sensitize beneficiaries, ascertain the impact of the program, and also concertize beneficiaries on exit plans. Some of the issues discussed were case management, card replacement, death notification, and caregiver replacement.
