Supports to Persons with Disability (PWDs)
Forty (40) PWDs have been supported to engage in income generation activities. Some of the items distributed include deep freezers, sewing machines, roofing sheets, goats, and assorted items.
During the ceremony, the Hon. Chief Executive Hon. Edmund Kudjo Attah encouraged beneficiaries to make good use of the support given to them and indicated that social welfare officers would visit them to monitor their activities.
One boy who was undergoing apprenticeship training in dressmaking for two (2) years graduated in this quarter.
