The Dynamic and hardworking DCE of North Dayi on Monday, 26th December, 2022, as part of his deliberate effort of equipping young men and women with skills training and development of entrepreneurial spirit across the District supported the training and passing out of six Graduands who completed training in baking, decoration and catering services from Nayram Catering and Vocation Centre at Anfoega. He also donated to them start-up kits and some cash amounts.

Addressing the gathering, the DCE appealed to those present to emulate the passion and dedication with which the CEO does her business. “What we are witnessing here today is as a result of effective collaboration between t

he private sector and the government and this is how it ought to be”

“It shows the commitment of this government towards industrialization and skills development  contributing to resolving the socio-economic problems of our nation. All here gathered must therefore join me in saying a big ‘ayekoo’ to them,” he continued “The exhibition of products here today, has demonstrated exceptional talent and creativity in their desire to grow and remain competitive in the industry” He emphasized “I can say with confidence that this ceremony is top notch and classy. I say so because we’re witnessing it ourselves ”

He said, his vision to transform the local economy of the District “is hinged on a three-thematic  approaches that is ; Private Sector partnering with Government Agencies for sports development, skills training and Agric business that is geared towards the socio- economic development of the District. The Constituency chairman, Desmond Tombour together with his gallant executives also graced the occasion and presented some packages to all graduands.
